Our Cheese

Eagle Mountain Farmhouse Cheese currently offers Gouda style cheeses as well as Trappist style, natural rind and washed rind cheeses.  We encourage you to enjoy our cheeses with a light Belgian-style ale or an off-dry white wine from the Texas Hill Country.  Naturally, you may prefer other pairings with our cheeses.  Whatever the occasion or pairing, we know you will enjoy our hand-crafted cheeses, made by hand in Texas by Texans.
